Sc.wén̓wen Economic Development Corporation Awards Feasibility Study Contract for Proposed Hotel and Meeting Space Development

Sc.wén̓wen Economic Development Corporation is pleased to announce that CBRE has been selected to undertake the Hotel Business Plan and Financial Feasibility Study for a proposed hotel and meeting space development within Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc.
The feasibility study will assess market viability, development considerations, projected costs, and potential opportunities associated with a future hospitality and meeting space development. The study is intended to support leadership decision-making and help guide next steps for the project.
Following a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process that included several strong submissions, CBRE was selected based on their experience and alignment with the current phase and objectives of the project.
