Hotel & Meeting Space Feasibility Study
Sc.wén̓wen Economic Development Corporation is undertaking a Hotel Business Plan and Financial Feasibility Study for a proposed hotel and meeting space development within Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc.
The feasibility study, being completed by CBRE, will assess market viability, development considerations, projected costs, and potential opportunities associated with a future hospitality and meeting space development. The study is intended to support leadership decision-making and help guide the project’s next steps.
Following a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process that included several strong submissions, CBRE was selected based on their experience and alignment with the current phase and objectives of the project.
As the study progresses, we will continue to undertake engagement and analysis to help inform the feasibility study and future decision-making. This page will be updated throughout the project to share key milestones, engagement opportunities, and project updates as they become available.
Participation Opportunities
There are a few ways to provide the same feedback as part of the Hotel & Meeting Space Feasibility Study. Choose the option that works best for you:
- Feedback Survey – The deadline has been extended to July 31, 2026. Share your feedback online by completing the survey before the deadline.
- Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc Members Virtual Community Session – Thursday, August 6 | 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Join the project consultants to provide the same feedback collected through the survey, ask questions, and discuss your ideas in a relaxed, conversational setting. Drop in anytime between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM.
